Get back to your meetings.
Setup, joining, iCloud sync, and reminders for Meeting Pins on Mac, iPhone, and iPad.
Find Meeting Pins
On Mac, Meeting Pins lives in the menu bar, without a regular Dock icon. Click the pin icon to open your meetings. Use the gear menu for Manage Bookmarks, Settings, How to Use, and Quit. If the icon is hidden behind other menu-bar items, open the app from Applications to bring up the library.
On iPhone and iPad, open Meeting Pins from the Home Screen or App Library. Tap + to save a meeting. On iPad, choose a meeting in the sidebar to see its details; on iPhone, tap a row to open it. The gear button opens Settings.
Save and organize a meeting
Click +, give the meeting a name, and paste the original HTTPS Zoom invitation link. Keep its original pwd or registration parameters. Add an optional separate password and notes, then save. Mark favorites, search by meeting details, or drag rows to choose an order (tap Edit first on iPhone and iPad). Your manual order also syncs.
Join and paste a password
Choose Join to open the original invitation in Zoom or your default browser. Allow the browser to open Zoom if prompted. If you saved a separate password, Join copies it; press ⌘V on Mac, or touch and hold the password field and tap Paste on iPhone or iPad. Copies expire after 60 seconds. On iPhone and iPad, they stay local to that device. On Mac, Meeting Pins clears its copy only if the clipboard has not changed. Waiting rooms, registration, authentication, and browser prompts are controlled by Zoom and your browser.
Set recurring reminders
Edit a meeting and enable Recurring meeting. Select weekdays or Daily, the start time and its time zone, then choose whether to Notify me. Enter 0 for an alert at meeting time, or up to 1,440 minutes before. Enable Notifications in Meeting Pins settings on each device. You can also manage permission in Settings or System Settings → Notifications. Keep Meeting Pins running on Mac, optionally at login; open it regularly on iPhone and iPad to refresh the next 60 queued alerts and receive schedule changes. Focus and system settings can silence alerts; reminders are not guaranteed alarms.
Sync between your devices
Use the same Apple Account with iCloud enabled on your Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Saved bookmarks, passwords, notes, order, schedules, and reminder choices sync through your private iCloud database. Notification permission and appearance are local to each device. Offline changes remain saved locally until syncing can resume. In Settings, use Check iCloud Account and look for errors. “iCloud connected” does not guarantee another device has already received the latest edit.
Troubleshoot safely
If syncing pauses, check the Apple Account, network, available iCloud storage, and iCloud status on each device. Quit and reopen Meeting Pins. Do not delete the app’s data folder or reset iCloud records to troubleshoot. Contact support before taking steps that could remove bookmarks. For launch-at-login problems, check System Settings → General → Login Items.
Privacy and removing bookmarks
Meeting Pins has no separate app account, ads, or analytics SDKs. On Mac, remove a bookmark using its options menu. On iPhone and iPad, use Remove Bookmark in the meeting details or the row’s swipe actions; the deletion syncs when iCloud is available. Uninstalling alone does not delete private iCloud records. Learn more in the Privacy Policy.
